Recently, a leading local construction contractor in Ethiopia, reached out to Liming Heavy Industry for a high-performance aggregate production solution.

Our sales and engineering teams held multiple rounds of technical consultations and revised the process layout repeatedly. We benchmarked Ethiopia’s local ERQ aggregate specifications to fully align with the customised multi-line high-quality aggregate plant design to the client’s actual production requirements.

This production line processes basalt with capacity of 800 tonnes per hour. Finished aggregate sizes include 0–5 mm manufactured sand, 5–10 mm and 10–20 mm crushed stone. The process line is equipped with our latest primary jaw crushers, modern hydraulic cone crushers and linear vibrating screens. The setup strictly controls flakiness index, crushing value and fine fraction gradation to meet local standards. An intelligent automation system monitors all equipment operation in real time and simplifies on-site operation.

Phase 1 equipment has passed factory acceptance and is now en route.From initial communication and process finalisation to equipment dispatch, Liming Heavy Industry develops well-balanced plant layouts based on client demands and local market conditions.
